Can I apply online?

Do I need a lease guarantor?
No, but if income is not met, one may be required to be approved.
Do you offer co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Are there qualifications - income, credit history, criminal check, rental history?
The application approval is based on a credit check, criminal background check, income, and rental history.
Do I have to pay first and last months' rent?
We require a security deposit of $500 which is due at the time of submitting the application. It is refundable if the application is denied.
Do I have to pay first & last month's rent?
We require the first month's rent but not the last month.
When is rent due and how can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid online through your resident portal.
Do you require renter's insurance?
Yes, we require renter's insurance. A minimum of $100,000 in limited liability coverage is required. Management must be listed as an "Additional Interested Party" on the policy. Proof of policy must be provided to the leasing office prior to move in.

Leases are typically 12 months

Yes.
